Capitol Medical Transport was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to make sure that no patient in the DMV misses a medical appointment because they couldn't find a reliable ride.

We are a licensed, insured Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) provider serving Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We accept Medicaid and work directly with healthcare providers, case managers, and families to coordinate safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for patients of all mobility levels.
